Print Test Results Print

Log In to the Medifecta Online Academy using your username and password. This guide will begin at the Dashboard (page you see directly after logging in). At any time, you can return to the dashboard by clicking "Dashboard" on the top navigation bar.

Instructions for Staff Members

How To Take Trainings

  1. Go to Dashboard on the top navigation bar. This is where all of your trainings are located.
  2. Click on the training you would like to take.
    A drop down will appear.
    1. View Materials – Print and read the support material.
    2. View Video – You can view the video up to five times.
    3. Take the Test – Once you submit the test, the training is considered used, whether you pass or fail. If you fail, you will not be able to view the video or take the test again until your supervisor reassigns you the training.

The system will automatically score your test. If you pass, you will be prompted to view and print your personalized certificate of completion.

Instructions for Account Managers

How To Add a Trainee:

  1. Go to Dashboard on the top navigation bar. This is where you will see the number of unassigned views (trainings) you have.
  2. Click on New Trainee. You will be taken to the New User page where you will enter the trainee's information. Once entered, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. You will need to notify your staff member that he or she has Online Trainings available and should use their email address and the password "care" to log in. He or she will then be prompted to create his or her personal password.
  3. Repeat for each new trainee.

How To Find a Trainee:

  1. From the Dashboard, scroll down to the Manage Logins section.
  2. If the trainee name is visible in the list, click on the trainee name to view more information about the trainee.
  3. If the trainee name is not visible in the list, type the name of the trainee in the search bar. The list of trainees will be narrowed down to the trainees matching the letters that you have typed.
  4. Click on the correct trainee name when it becomes visible.

How To Edit a Trainee:

  1. Find the trainee, click on trainee name.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Edit the necessary information.
  4. Click Save Changes.

How To Delete a Trainee:

  1. Find the trainee, click on trainee name.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Read the warning message and click OK.

How To Assign a Training to a Trainee:

  1. On the Dashboard click on Manage Views.
  2. Click on Assign Training.
  3. Follow the directions.

How To Un-assign a Training:

  1. On the Dashboard page in the overview section, click Manage Views.
  2. Click Manage Assigned Views.
  3. Find the training that needs to be un-assigned.
  4. Click the corresponding Unassign button.

How To Assign Trainings to Yourself (Account Manager):

  1. From the Dashboard click on Manage Views.
  2. Click on Assign Training.
  3. Follow the directions.

How To Take Your Trainings as an Account Manager:

  1. Click on the training you would like to take.
    A drop down will appear.
    1. View Materials – Print and read the support material.

How To View Reports and Completed Trainings Information:

  1. Click View Reports on the left navigation bar.
  2. To see average scores and pass rates for all trainees click on All Trainees.
  3. To view account-specific information, click on the trainee’s name to expand the detail pane. The pass rate per test within the trainee’ s account will be visible.
  4. To view full reports per trainee, expand the trainee information by clicking on the trainee name and click View Training History.

How To Print A Certificate of Completion:

As an account manager you will receive an auto-generated email that alerts you when a trainee has taken a test. If the trainee passes you can print the certificate of completion at this time. You can also go to the dashboard and scroll down and click on Completed Trainings for a quick look at the most recently completed training sessions with pass/fail status for any trainee. To view a certificate for printing, click View Certificate.

How To Edit Account Information:

  1. Click Update Account Details on the dashboard page.
  2. Make the necessary changes in the fields on the account detail pages, making sure to include all required fields marked in bold.
  3. When completed, click Save Changes.

How To Change Your Password:

  1. Click Edit My Account in the left navigation bar.
  2. Click Change Password in the Login Information section.
  3. Fill in the fields for new password and confirm new password.
  4. When completed, click Save Changes.
